Daniel Fung is the Emeritus Chairman of the UN Peace & Development Foundation, and Chairman of International Bridges to Justice, with over forty years of legal experience. He played a significant role in Hong Kong's constitutional transition, serving as the first Chinese Solicitor General of Hong Kong under the last British Governor Chris Patten and the first Chief Executive Mr. Tung Chee-hwa. Mr. Fung has held academic positions at Harvard, Yale, and Peking University, and serves in numerous leadership roles, including as a National Delegate to the CPPCC. He is a Governor of the China-United States Exchange Foundation.
