Huang Ying is an International Security PhD Candidate at Tsinghua University. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a Bachelor's degree in Albanian, and Culture with Diplomacy. Ying obtained her Master's degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science. As the former Secretary-General of CISS Youth, she has led initiatives such as the “Common Ground” Gen Z U.S.-China Youth Dialogue with USCET, and the 6th CISS Forum Young Leader Workshop. As Co-Founder of Youth Voice and Co-Chair of the 2nd Tsinghua Global Youth Dialogue, she has fostered cross-cultural collaboration among young leaders.
